The three (3) holders of the Uno Unicorn tokens will compete with Gary Vaynerchuk in a four (4) person game of Uno for one (1) hour per "year" (i.e.) Each year shall be defined as the twelve month time period commencing on May 6, 2021 and May 6, 2022. In no event shall any experience (including this experience) occur after May 5, 2024.

In other words, there are three (3) total redemptions occurring as follows:

• One (1) redemptions must occur between May 6, 2021 and May 5, 2022
• One (1) redemptions must occur between May 6, 2022 and May 5, 2023
• One (1) redemptions must occur between May 6, 2023 and May 5, 2024

This token is verifiable for admission to VeeCon 2024

All access experiences will be pre-scheduled in advance with 90 day notice via a VeeFriends representative
