The holders of the ten (10) Lunch Ladybug tokens were invited to one (1), ninety (90) minute lunch with Gary Vaynerchuk per "year" (i.e.). Each year was defined as the twelve month time period commencing on May 6, 2021, and May 6, 2022. In no event shall any experience (including this experience) occur after May 5, 2024.

In other words, there were two (2) total redemptions that occurred as follows:

One (1) redemptions must occur between May 6, 2021 and May 5, 2022 One (1) redemptions must occur between May 6, 2022 and May 5, 2023
