Julley is a simple and cheerful way of greeting in the valleys of Kargil in Ladakh. On coming across this lady sitting on the threshold of her little abode, I understood what it means to age with warmth, bliss, and humbleness. She seemed to have seen many years in her village where the culture is rich, resources are few but sufficient and yet her life was fulfilling. Could there be anything she hoped for?
