A prominent figure in the field of Cryogenics, Bellus Praetor became an activist in primate liberation after completing their tenure at Legato Science Center of WASP-17. After 2 years of service at the Warden Hospital in administration, Bellus decided to take a more direct role in the liberation of captive primates throughout the cosmos. Now, with the native primates still in captivity on Earth, Bellus and the Doctors venture to fulfill the promise of release that the Homo Insipiens have reneged.
