Winter Serge first became aware of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis while on a remote 5-year study abroad venture at Xavier Technical College of Procyon where they earned their Agricultural Science Doctorate . A dedicated Doctor through and through, Winter has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. Now, as their mission leads them to Earth, Winter and the Doctors are dedicated to the liberation of the primates in captivity there.
