Decimus Mott, a tenured purveyor of the Bioengineering field, has participated in several primate retrieval operations across the New Frontier and has now committed to their liberation efforts on Earth. Decimus was stationed at Excel Station when news of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis broke, and they were one of the first to join the mission. Now, as their mission takes them to Earth, Decimus and the Doctors seek to confront the Homo Insipiens for their failure to free their captive primates as they had promised to do so long ago.
