A prominent figure in the field of Astrobiology, Telesto Fortunatus became an activist in primate liberation after completing their tenure at The Institute of Lesser Dragon. After completing their tenure in a senior role at the Sky High Gravitational Junction, Telesto decided to seek a new challenge in joining the liberation efforts of the Earth primates. With their sights now set on Earth, Telesto and the Doctors will do what they can to liberate the primates that remain in captivity there.
