The Order of the Web's mission, not to be confused with the Darjonian Web as a whole, is generally unknown outside of Darjonian culture. Though the Order of the Web has outposts in every known location within the galaxy, they work quietly and in the shadows so are seen as typical citizens by all of those around them. They are led by the Eight, a council of members spread throughout their Order and the galaxy. With the Darjonian aversion to the TTN, it is unknown how the Order of the Web has been so successful in the diaspora of their citizenry. Spider is the term used by Darjonians for members of the Order. It is hard to identify one in any given city but if one looks closely, there is always a pin, label, or other embellishment on their person that looks like a spider and/or a web. -Tanglepedia ref 788.3a
