A keen-eyed scout and a loyal father, Terrance adds a passive perception bonus to his companion when aloft, and will explain his own traditional family values to anyone within earshot, even when nobody asks. He prefers to fly in an open environment, but can't fly for more than 1 hour before growing fatigued.
Once grounded, he likes to be carried piggy-back style or in an empty satchel. He refuses to walk more than a few steps, and if he's not held by a strong bi-pedal friend, he will insist on nesting and napping, or suggest that you go on ahead without him.
Terrance will protect an unconscious player until they can be revived. But after reviving the player, he will fly home.
If told not to speak by any member of the party, he will fly home.
If a player owns “Grateful Dinosaurs” token, Terrance will fight fatigue and fly for up to 2 hours, and he will revive his unconscious companion an unlimited number of times. With that token's loyalty comes respect, in which case Terrance will only speak if spoken to, will rarely act independently, and will remain in the party for as long as requested.
