Primitive: Cube || Modifier: Simulation
There is harmony in failure and the regenerative benefits that come with it. Benefits that are contingent on your ability to identify your threshold for failure and control it. But can it ever really be controlled?

The technology used to create digital works can quickly overshadow creativity. Limitations in technical skillsets subconsciously hinder free-thinking, as humans tend to create around what they know to be "possible". As such, TxREK is exploring how applying an architectural workflow to his creative process can unleash a harmonious relationship between boundless ideas and technical limitations. It begins with identifying key procedural processes that can only be achieved by leveraging computing power, then using them as a foundation to build creative works made to engage our humanness. Each procedural element now used as a tool in the artist's arsenal. And yet, as of this very moment, every 3D work still begins with basic shapes as building blocks (commonly called Primitives). The potential of this technology, this process, and this industry as a whole is yet to be known. We are the Neanderthals and the technology an uncharted habitat. We are primitives.
