The sun ignites the morning tide,
As sailors' hearts in courage bide,
Their sails unfurl, their fears subside,

A siren's song, enchanting, sweet,
Beneath the waves, two worlds shall meet,
In depths unknown, the heart will fleet,

The mermaids dance, their tresses flow,

In endless lines, the stanzas freed.

This rhyme of sea, forever told,
In mariners' hearts, it takes its hold,
A song of beauty, love, and bold,
