“CONSUME THIS” is a brand new breakfast beverage concocted by CryptoArtists xibot and Jay Delay. What sets this digital can of liquid art apart from other breakfast beverages is that the only way to “CONSUME THIS” is to send cryptocurrencies to a smart contract in exchange for a refreshing piece of blockchain technology. Each “taste” you receive is the result of cryptocurrency miners completing a certain algorithm to mine for the desired amounts of said cryptocurrency. If you love what you’re drinking, or hate what you’re drinking, the choice is in your hands.

You can help both sides of the transaction become profitable by purchasing the drink. The more people buy it, the more proceeds go to the cryptocurrency holders. Each token spent on this drink represents a “sip” of cryptocurrency with an added early morning gulp of a caffeine boost.

How it works is pretty simple. You send Ether to the smart contract to “STORE YOUR COPY OF SUGAR DADDY in our “virtual soda machine” with a cryptocurrency address. The smart contract then contracts the Ether to our storage system and activates the 24 hour clock to start dispensing caffeinated, sugary, caffeine shots. When that clock hits zero, the ether is liquidated and they consume their caffeine.

The best way to  enjoy “CONSUME THIS” is taping it to the face of a color-changing drinking tube that when activated by sunlight, explodes with water. Only a handful have ever been made, and every one of them has sold out.

Every day in February, cryptocurrencies will slowly start disappearing from the can until the “CONSUME” logo is completely gone, and all that remains is the message, “CONSUME.” When the “CONSUME THIS” trademark symbol is completely removed, the smart contract will be redeemed and the reward is distributed in warm and surprisingly frothy digitized sips and gulps.

The morning experience begins with a “patient” consuming the beverage. Served hot, this semi-slushy concoction is then brought to your coffee cup with a flourish. To add to the good vibes, the container looks like a retro 20’s polystyrene soda can, hence the name!

The only thing the can itself contains is Caffeine. Like the other can of traditional caffeinated beverages, this can contains other unhealthy substances (i.e. sugar, fat, etc). CryptoArtists xibot decided to showcase his true creativity by creating a 3-D digital can of caffeinated coffee. On the inside of the can, Jay Delay has digitally hand written, “CONSUME THIS WITH your AI ASSISTANT” and a comical “Toxic Waste” on the can’s side label. It also displays “WASTEWATER” written on the inside of the can, just in case you thought you weren’t guzzling enough digitally toxic sludge.
