By far my favorite place name in Iceland is Snaeffelsness. Just rolls off the tongue! Spent endless hours wandering this peninsular. Spectacular coastlines framed by near-perfect skies. Hours passed by in minutes watching and waiting for just the right flow of waves. This image is my favorite of all daytime images taken in this spectacular country.
‘A Melody of Blue’ is a carefully curated small collection of 8 images as 1/1 Editions.
Exposures up to 58 seconds frozen into an instant depict daytime images extending to the dramatic.
Streaked out clouds play on a sense of theatre, smoothed out water turns it to silk giving pristine reflections, and slowed down water flow gives a dreamy quality.
With spectacular landscapes as backdrops, dramatic frames draw the eye. You could believe you are standing right there!
A gift: The first owner can request an A3 fine art print of their image.
What’s next?
I’m always shooting, planning, and curating.
