St. Magdalena Church was the first location we visited after arriving in Italy. It was a very overcast afternoon, and after walking up to the viewpoint, we were met with the clouds covering the backdrop of the mountains. After an hour of patiently waiting and hoping, the clouds shifted enough to reveal the peaks, and we caught the last glimpse of golden hour light.
