Bomb Story: If there was ever a repeating print or pattern that summarized The Hundreds, it would be Paisley. Our first big hit, the one that put us on the map, was the all-over-print Paisley hoodie from 2005. There's an unabridged version of this story in Bobby's book, but that sweatshirt sold so much, and sold out so quickly, that we allocated all of those funds to building our first flagship retail store on the corner of Fairfax and Rosewood. Bobby actually designed the pattern in 2004, on a lesser-remembered piece. But, over the years, those clusters of buta droplets continued on to define us.| Background Story: The challenge was to design a new camouflage pattern using only one color. Typically, camos are broken up into multi-colored panels - was there a way to simplify the artwork down to its most base elements? We were able to retain the same identifiable shapes, but in order to distinguish them from each other, we used gradients like shadows or shading. Mission accomplished.
