Bomb Story: Live Adam is a fluorescent gradient Adam that is reminiscent of the split-fountain inking posters popularized in the 1960s live music scene. They were later adopted and mastered by artists like Craig Stecyk. This one, in particular, was based on a concert poster that was hanging off the freeway off-ramp and inspired the street-posting campaigns from The Hundreds' early marketing campaigns. Very Los Angeles!| Background Story: In 2014, The Hundreds Design team climbed into a van and hauled off on an inspiration road trip to New Mexico. We stayed in an isolated desert house and every night, watched the stars coagulate into constellations above Santa Fe. The local art scene, the food, and the ornate design all contributed to this idea of building a unique constellation pattern for our cut-n-sew pieces, ranging from button-up wovens to headwear.
