Bomb Story: Every generation has its own ""streetwear"". In the '90s, streetwear was propelled by artist-driven T-shirt labels, independent skate companies, and urban brands in the mainstream. The '80s version of streetwear was arguably independent surf designers like T&C Surf, Maui and Sons, and Gotcha. The Shades Adam is in the spirit of a surf T-shirt brand of the era.| Background Story: In 2014, The Hundreds Design team climbed into a van and hauled off on an inspiration road trip to New Mexico. We stayed in an isolated desert house and every night, watched the stars coagulate into constellations above Santa Fe. The local art scene, the food, and the ornate design all contributed to this idea of building a unique constellation pattern for our cut-n-sew pieces, ranging from button-up wovens to headwear.
