All proceeds, net of third-party administrative, minting and platform expenses, will be distributed to the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation, and any amounts that may be paid in the future to MLB Advanced Media and/or Candy that are attributable to subsequent sales of the NFTs will be distributed to Major League Baseball Charities, Inc.
