The Watchers ; a group of vigilantes and pariahs, born of the (almost) soul purpose of enacting justice to the pustule ridden streets of their corrupted cities. Marked by masks, watchcaps, skeletal frames, and bit-ular patterning, juxtaposed to their name, were hard to miss when chosen to be seen. Operating under a strict code of honour, the fear and respect of these beings was held in a trembling equilibrium.

Dead-icated to be a symbol of light under repression, and a diamond forged under pressure, the pestilent underbellies of the city dreaded and recoiled when The Watchers were called upon to deal with their dealings. A community that was safe, but under the understanding of its frailty, never seemed too far away from their own martyrdom, yet always understood ;
