21st September 2016 the alarm was set very early, It was pitch black the night it was so cold above my tent that there was a snow layer of 20 cm…. After a quick cold breakfast, we started to hike with the headlamp toward Nub Peak, 1h and a half later I was standing in front of one of the most impressive mountain landscapes in the world and a crimson light appeared like sweet magic enlightening the wild vastness in front of me. A scene worthy of the pen of JRR Tolkien. It was my birthday and I'll never forget
It was September 2016 and my first adventure in the marvelous Canadian land, a journey full of hopes and excitement. I was looking for the ultimate landscape experience and thanks to my friend Rob that accompanied me during this trip I was able to capture the essence of Canadian wilderness as I imagined reading books and novels. I was inspired by Tolkien's Imagery and by the Visuals produced for popular movies. Thanks to research and a pinch of luck, I captured some of the most memorable images of my career forever linked to my soul and memories.
