Venus is the second planet from the Sun and is Earth's closest planetary neighbor. Venus is easy to spot with the naked eye. It is the hottest and brightest planet in the solar system. In addition to being extremely hot, Venus is unusual because it spins in the opposite direction of Earth and most other planets.

Venus rules attachments to others. It rules attractiveness, both the ability to attract and attraction to others and things. It is the planet of love, romance, money, beauty and art.

If you viewed Venus through a microscope, you would think it’s the loveliest of planets, a beautiful light in the sky. However, if you got closer to its surface, you would see a myriad of deep craters and mountains. You’d also see thousands of volcanoes ranging in size from quite large to very small.
