Spring hits different where i live. You will really see the difference the altitude makes here.

We live at 1350m above sea level and have long deep winters. It takes a month longer than in the towns below for most of the winter snow to be gone.

So spring is the season of moisture for me. it is also the season that feels the shortest here. It usually takes till early-mid may for all the snow to clear.

Then there will be some weeks where all the soil is just drenched and wet. With enough sun there will be 2-3 weeks in June where it really feels like spring with flowers blooming and everything growing before it quickly turns into your alpine summer.
