This picture was taken at La Villita Historic Village in San Antonio, Texas by Soon F. Hoo on November 23, 2012. Soon noticed a polydactyl cat with six toes and a clipped ear. He asked the store owner about the story behind the clipped ear and learned that the clipped ear is a universal sign that a feral cat has been neutered or spayed.
