What is this?

This is a soul-bound NFT, meaning it cannot be moved out of the wallet it is claimed by. This NFT can only be claimed by Twitter accounts who were verified before Twitter Blue paid verification on November 9 2022. Each verified Twitter account can only claim one soul bound token. The NFT is a free mint, but is on the Ethereum blockchain and requires a wallet with some ETH for gas in order to claim.
