This is the story of ‘Pedro Navaja’: a dangerous man in the streets of New York, on the prowl for a victim. A story first told in 1978 by Ruben Blades and Willie Colon in their classic Salsa hit of the same name.

Although the lyrics tell a dark story, the song sparks beautiful memories for me.
