The tide is out, and we see who was swimming naked. Our current financial system is crumbling under our feet, with too much debt. Elites are desperately scrambling for straws (like minting trillion dollar coins).

If only we had a way out, if only we could build a more transparent alternative to our financial systems.

A definite optimist is someone who knows the future will be a good one. However, this person also realizes that to make the future bright, they need to make a plan to ensure it will happen. When someone is starting a startup, it is best to be a definite optimist. Vertical progress (progress through innovation, rather than globalization is driven by optimists). This concept was also referenced in Enlightenment’s Idea of Progress, and mentioned by Francis Bacon in his novel “The New Atlantis”.
