Sunrise never fails to inspire and delight. I wanted to execute and capture that feeling in this piece. This piece is titled Sunrise Symphony and this is my second experiment in creating a landscape format harmony using two separate images generated by AI. With the goal of (1) combining the connection between two pieces as much as possible so it can't be distinguished, and (2) executing the feeling of "walking past the grass and just admiring the view when you're at the summit of a hill"

Two distinct images with various color gradations and elements were the machine's initial output. Considering that Harmony is typically created in square format, my aim this time is to produce one that can be displayed on screens and possibly used as wallpaper. I start with creating the paper texture where the image will be placed. This paper has noise and will be linearly burned to the images. I then take the two images and started to combine them in photoshop. Given that one image has a strong contrast and the other has a more subtle vibe, the color grading was heavily considered. The fog and the vertical yellow lines unify the two images, making the picture more realistic and aesthetically pleasing.

Sunrise Symphony illustrates that the scenery created by the sun, the trees, the flowers, and the grass is simply a moment of serenity and beauty, a time to pause and reflect on the majesty of nature.

Made using AI model followed by various post-processing methods.

A New Landscape by XALTED, Wrenn, & MEK.txt collection image

We as a human instinctively draw ourselves to nature, charmed by its beauty, smiling upon its wake. Our infatuation with nature is recorded as old as the 4th century in the form of landscape painting.

What are we really see in a landscape? What are we “now” seeing in a landscape?

The age has come to a digital era where LCD screens become a feasible option to display ideas. Are the way we see nature become different with this digital inception? Are the way we paint nature become different in this generation?

The questions are trying to be answered by XALTED, Wrenn, & MEK.txt
