Infinite Shades of Gradient collection image

A commemorative collection celebrating the first generative art collection launched on zkSync Era L2 by theshad.eth, the founder of Artgene.

Bridged to Ethereum for collectors & permanence.

This is the first commemorative code-based generative art collection on L2 (zkSync Era). The unique artwork you get is generated real-time on mint. It is coded using shaders (WebGL) and p5.js.

Infinite Shades of Gradient aims to answer the question "What makes a gradient look great?"

It is the first step towards making an algorithm that produces a random perfect-looking gradient.

"Gradients are everywhere, from the sky at sunset to web design to phone backgrounds. As I designed interfaces, I always struggled to pick & use a beautiful gradient correctly, so I avoided using them in UI, staying with flat UIs.

It appeared only gradient masters make perfect ones. This algorithm is my first step to deeply understand gradient & color through code."
