A shamanic teaching says... Nothing in nature lives for itself. Rivers cannot drink their own water. Trees cannot eat their own fruit. The sun does not heat itself. The moon does not shine for itself. Flowers don’t smell for themselves. The earth does not give birth to itself. The wind does not blow for itself. The clouds do not get wet from their own rain. The first element in nature’s constitution is water. Everything lives for one. Living for one another is the law of nature. This was a long-lasting understanding from ancient times, it would describe wholeness. Its essence was two sentences; "When we are us, I am me" "I am you because I am we
