We have a tendency as humans to find ourselves trapped in loops, repeating the same routine day-in and day-out, yearning for some greater purpose, or perhaps longing for something beautiful ...

What we need to realize, however, is that every waking moment has the potential to be those things and more. A hundred trillion branching possibilities stretch out into the future from our every decision, whether it's making breakfast, choosing a partner in life, or picking up a penny off the sidewalk. These decisions happen daily, even if they seem mundane; with practice, we can reframe our perspectives to be more open and welcoming to the infinite variety life offers in each halcyon moment.
