Sometimes I'm doing my thing and suddenly a bunch of police show up. This has been happening to me more and more frequently. When they talk to me they quickly become confused because I am not acting in a criminal matter, just really out of context (think...singing loudly in the park). This art piece represents my feelings of having extreme energy and constantly "breaking the matrix." When I truly act like my authentic self I begin to piss a lot of people off and I get in trouble even though it is not necessarily my intention to do so. Thus I feel as if I am always running from something...whether it is my feelings of phoniness that come from not being authentic, or the feelings of persecution that come as a consequence of being authentic. I sometimes compare my life to Grand Theft Auto and joke that I get one star every time I left the house...imagine if I got 5!!!!
