Natalia is a piece that I worked on in September of 2017, Just prior to Inktober. This is a piece that I am immensely proud of, and I do not say that about a lot of my work.
Something about the way this piece came together, the roughs coming through the linework, the attitude conveyed with her expression and her pose. It's something I've struggled to easily recreate in any of my work since.
The lines are clean, the pose is strong, the balance and line weight works well. The way she sits on the page is so aesthetically pleasing to me also.
This is the only piece of mine that I actually own a physical print of, gifted to me by a friend as they're aware of how much I love it.
