Inspired by Antonin Artaud's piece on Van Gogh titled "Man suicided by the society" this series explores portraits of people who have been killed directly/indirectly by society as a whole.

The first piece in this series is of Anitha, who committed suicide after long legal struggle for her access to medical education which was hindered by the new state laws. Hailing from a small hamlet in South India, she dreamt to be a doctor so she could serve her villagers. Now all she is, is nothing but a dream.

They were not killed by one person or commit suicide, they died succumbing to the present society. Overtime, they are forgotten by the same society. This series is an exploration of the same but this time around, AI DeepDreams into it.
