I-C-U (Intelligence Command Unit) is a set of command centre, designed as a surveillance unit for the HU_mAN Centre.

They are controlled by eyeless minions that use psychic powers to see. Both command centre is complete with the latest surveillance technology.

I-C-U is an interpretation of human eyes, from inside looking out.
