Anton Gudim is a widely celebrated artist renowned for his drawings, has gathered a massive online following during his career spanning a decade. He tells about his inspiration for the artwork: “As a child, I found $300 on the road while walking with my family. We weren’t a rich family, so I gave the money to our parents who were then able to buy a new refrigerator. My father was really happy and invited me to play chess with him on the balcony. Since then, I associate chess with that pleasant moment in life. This moment became a symbol of joy, inspiring the depiction of diamonds beneath the cup. The big brain is a reference to how I felt about myself after beating an on-flight chess computer on the hardest difficulty.”
