Lion siblings display unique bonding since their birth. Usually, a pride consists of 2 or more lions or lionesses. In the vicinity of their mother, cubs learn to grow and spend most of their time bonding. They quarrel, play, eat together and display very profound affection towards each other. Often, few have powerful emotional attachments and it's so wonderful to see in real life.
I was lucky to witness one such moment in the wild between these two sub-adult lions. Looking at their faces smeared in blood, they just had their meal and were going to quench their thirst but first, they made this warm loving snug with each other.

Wild Embrace

It is an expression of love and emotions. Humans express their love or affection to each other by various means as in the definition.
Similarly animals too display their emotions and love among them. The story is similar in the lion kingdom too. Cubs can be a mix of males & females but their affection towards each other is profound. No matter how much they like or dislike each other, they are always there to love and embrace each other.
This collection is capture of different candid moments of lions in their natural habitat. Watching them in real life is so beautiful and wonderful experience to behold. I have tried to bring out best of the images from my past few years of wildlife photography, as getting such moments are rare and need lot of patience, making it unique and rare.
