In 2016, Bill Murray bartended a two-hour shift at his son’s restaurant, 21 Greenpoint.
While bartending there, Bill created a new cocktail called the “Depth-Finder”:
- 1 1/2 oz. Slovenia Vodka
- 3/4 ounce Amaro liqueur
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2 ounces soda water
- Add a pinch of dried rosebuds
Shake vigorously, and strain into a highball glass. Top with ice, soda water, and garnish with dried rosebuds. Serve with a straw.
