“Extremely personal... 8 out of 10!” – FilmThreat
“Deeply personal... beautifully assembled.” – SXSW
“Thoroughly cinematic... more than delivers!” – Hammer To Nail
Over five years in the making, GETTING OVER (SXSW 2018) is the passion project of a lifetime from filmmaker Jason Charnick. Given a box of video tapes by his uncle that chronicled his father's final days, it took him well over a decade to even face the image of his father again.
This deleted scene is a thank you to the earliest supporters of Getting Over and NiftyFilm in the NFT Film space, and includes an interview with photographer and art gallerist Lynne Burns in the East Village, NYC in 2013.
(This NFT includes home viewing and resale rights only. No intellectual property licenses are granted. A portion of the proceeds of the sale go toward the decentralized storage of the film on IPFS in perpetuity.)
