The Villa of Katashi Asada, an uncharacteristic resident of NeoTokyo's Class 1 and, until relatively recently, a man who lived most of his life in the mediocrity of Class 4. That was until he lived the dream of all those in the city's lower classes by purchasing the sole winning ticket of the bi-annual NeoTokyo lottery.

Although his financial situation drastically changed, his newfound wealth wasn't all he hoped it would be. Due to his low stature and upbringing within the City, his neighbors within NeoTokyo's elite did not accept his presence in their ranks.

He eventually moved into the only Villa available in central NeoTokyo, an older and more traditional house atop one of the City's lesser skyscrapers. His housing soon became a point of ridicule among his neighbors, and as such, he has spent much of his time and wealth planning how to transform his property, hoping to one day produce a feat of engineering that will rival, if not exceed, even the most extravagant and modern villas of his neighbors.
