As we are nearing the end of this 9-week-long project, it's time to put in a special location in this location. This here is the windmill that's part of a special brewery. It's called Brouwerij 't IJ and it makes some of my personal favorite special beers. Some of the special beers they make include "IJWIT", and "BLONDIE", and if you prefer something more heavier, I can always recommend the "ZATTE TRIPPEL".

All are locally brewed and made with a lot of love. At least, that's what I'm getting out of the taste.

This brewery has been making Amsterdam-special beer since 1985. Maybe not as long as some other more established breweries out there like Grolsch or Heineken, but in my opinion that's more for standard drinkers. If you're looking for something special, a deeper taste, a more originally brewed beer, this is the place to be.

Either way, I personally love chilling out here and just taking it easy. Walking around this area and who knows, maybe getting a beer really is the ultimate city vibe for me.
