Flowers come in all kinds. They give us Joy, hope and comfort. Flowers come in many colors, with large and small petals, high or low on a stem. Flowers also grow on a plant, shrub or tree. They all have their own scent. Usually they smell nice, but some are quite smelly. But that is of course very personal. What one likes is an abomination to another.

We find flowers in the garden, on the balcony, in the park or in the woods. Sometimes whole fields full, sometimes in a bunch and sometimes a loner. We enjoy them in a bouquet in a vase on the table or on a plant in a pot on the windowsill. There are even some that we can eat or drink. They are also used for perfume or fragrances in products. We take pictures of it or make other forms of art and hang it on our wall, for example. We use them in our songs and poems. Flowers enrich our lives with their splendor, color and fragrance.

I like to show the beautiful things in our nature with my photography. Big in the whole or the smaller details. Outside, the natural light helps me with this. I like to photograph against the light of the sun, because this gives a nice playful bokeh effect. This makes the flower Bright and Shiny surrounded by the other flowers on the background.

This flower stands on a thick stem or rather a branch or thin tree trunk. Is it one flower? Or are there several together? You see several yellow and white calyxes with 4 petals, which seem to form a larger flower together. No idea what flower this is, but in this beautiful sunlight I had to take a photo of it. The flower gives a happy and warm feeling.
