AQUAVERSE is a 3D immersive underwater, hand-painted art exhibition that introduces all ages to new technologies and ocean conservation. Los Angeles Artists Debi Cable and Andre Miripolsky partnered up with SharkTales Art in order to combine our love for painting, technology, and ocean conservation.
"Plastic debris is currently the most abundant type of litter in the ocean, making up 80% of all marine debris found from surface waters to deep-sea sediments. Plastic is found on the shorelines of every continent, with more plastic waste found near popular tourist destinations and densely populated areas." Iucn.org
In this original mixed media composition, hand painted art, photography, digital illustration, and animation are combined in order to bring a new perspective through art and consciousness. Digital collectibles, tickets, sponsorships, and private donations help bring Aquaverse Art and ocean conservation awareness to all audiences in private and public settings.
Aquaverse.art aims to use art in order to catalyze change by evoking new emotional feelings through web3 technology and ocean conservation. This IRL experience features artists, partner NFT projects, and organizations that support driving awareness about climate change and how technology and action can help make this happen.
