Fire Island Pines NY 1996 35mm Film

I love incorporating water into my photography. it has a calming, otherworldly effect on me. I find the surfaces and textures add another dimension to the image, as it has here. It looks like it could almost be an AI image. This photography shoot was during one of my first summers on Fire Island, a spot I continue to return too. There were many successful images from this set, one of the photos was even featured on the cover of my book, Photorotica, which is a collection of male nudes, published in 2000.
