We are supporting Dr Kiran Agarwal-Harding and his work in Malawi.

Kamuzu Central Hospital in Lilongwe,Malawi is notoriously overburdened by trauma cases. Every day new patients arrive with severe injuries that require urgent surgery. There is only one operating room during the week and raised funds will go towards paying for staff to keeping the operating room open during the weekends to clear the backlog of surgery, until the new orthopedics department at the Lilongwe Institute of Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery opens later this year.

Any additional raised funds post-backlog will be channeled fully towards supporting orthopedic trauma surgery in Malawi.
