Imagine you have never smelled a flower.
Not perfume, yummy dish, a baby's head, or an attractive lover.
Imagine spending decades in a world that has no scent.
Would this feel like punishment or like a superpower?
This NFT includes an augmented reality model of the artwork, which you can view on your mobile device with one click. To learn more about the technology - visit www.mazingxr.com.
The first collector of the artwork gets access to a 1-on-1 Zoom session with me, where we can connect on a personal level, you can learn how I deal with my mental health challenges, and discover how mixed media art can help you practice self-care.
During the session you will learn the origin story of the artwork, what inspired me to create it, and what role it played during my recovery from depression.
100% of the proceeds will be used to help fund a social start-up that my therapist and I are building together. We are merging psychotherapy, art, and NFT to empower people around the globe to improve their mental health and their financial well-being by creating and selling therapeutic art.
“Pain to Power” is my genesis NFT collection that I created while recovering from depression. Making art was prescribed by my psychiatrist as a technique to process painful emotions, heal old wounds, and start recovering from psychological trauma.
Art helped me re-sculpt my identity, re-write my story, and re-design my reality.
I had no prior drawing experience. I did not think of myself as an artist. But art saved my life. This collection is the result of inner healing and transformation. It's a celebration of human resilience, self-empowerment, and growth.
The collection contains 19 stream of consciousness psycho-artworks that reflect my mental state at the moment of creation and show what happens in the mind of a depressed person during the slow and difficult process of recovery.
Each artwork comes with a 1-on-1 Zoom session with me, where you can learn how I deal with my mental health challenges and discover how mixed media art can help you practice self-care.
