Our road trip started in Edinburgh, from where we moved towards the Isle of Skye. The journey took much longer than we had planned because we stopped every 10-15 minutes to enjoy the view and take photos. It was cloudy and rainy when we drove up to Eilean Donan Castle. I grabbed the camera and ran out of the car to take some shots. The castle looked incredible! I wanted to stay for a few minutes and enjoy the view more, but because of the chilly wind, I froze very quickly. A photo remains in memory of this moment.

I was 10 years old when first Harry Potter book came out. I remember that I was reading it even at nights with a flashlight under the blanket. So I became a huge fan, and when the movies came out, it became a tradition to watch them once a year in winter time. I was living in a small town in Russia and dreaming about traveling to Scotland one day to see these beautiful places!That seemed impossible.
Four years ago the fairy tale came to life for me! And now I invite you to walk through these magical places with me and plunge into childhood.
