I drew this comic page to explain how infrared photography works. It was done as a sidepiece to a series I published back in 2016 on native trees you can sightsee in São Paulo, Brazil.
This is also an homage to Robert Crumb, whose drawings I really love. He and Harvey Pekar collaborated on a bunch of stories, most famous of all was the American Splendor series from 1976 to 1987.
I'm not Crumb, and Harvey Pekar died in 2010, so I signed the story as Toby Radloff, a friend of Harvey. Toby's "participation" came from a video of him testing cheeses. He's still alive, but has no idea he's now an alias of mine. Hope he doesn't mind...
Based on "The Harvey Pekar Name Story", by Harvey Pekar and Robert Crumb.
This limited 20 edition comic page will be airdropped to all my current collectors and those who collect 0.05 ETH or more of my work.
