#1 - To Infinity and Beyond Sometimes you don't need extra foreground, incredible mountains, explsive northern lights to enhance a magic moment. From the jetty of my hotel, the wide view was great and in the perfect direction.

Northern lights have always been a dream. Yeah I know, normally that kind of story starts well, with good feelings. But here this is not the case. The 13th of november 2015, the attacks in Paris happened downstairs. Literally. That night, seeing the covered bodies, the survivors wearing survival blankets in the streets, their empty eyes, the army in my street and everything that happened during the next days totally changed my way of living my life. It could have been me. I decided to stop postponing things. And it (almost) started by taking a plane to northern Norway to see the northern lights for my birthday.
And here it comes ! Now I spend every birthday upthere and several months per year to live the arctic dream under the northern lights. And the only lesson that should be learnt is we should not wait that kind of event to live our life. And I'm one of the luckiest guys on this planet.
