This is the companion page to "Will you write in my notebook #03 - Mrs. Reggie"
"You Head Hippie H-Town Mr. Joe Thank you 4 the OPPORTUNITY Thank u, so cute so professional Only the best is in your Furture Love - Peace - Hope - Joy MR Reggie Queen of Downtown Houston -H-Town -P.S This is amazing"
This collection of images is apart of a project I started August 14th, 2018. With this project my goal was to give a very intimate experience with strangers in the city of Houston.
Each portrait in this collection has a corresponding notebook page written on by the person in the photo. When giving my notebook to these strangers I offer little to no direction so they may express themselves as freely as they are willing to.
A photo of a stranger on the street can sometimes feel like nothing more than that. With each stranger's handwriting and their own choice of words on paper I felt I was able to connect on a deeper level with them. I hope others are able to do the same.
