この制作物は、2022年8月8日（月）。岡山市議会へ提出（郵送）した “ 岡山駅「ペデストリアンデッキ」整備を実現する国の交付金等に関する陳情書（令和4年8月7日作成） ” の住所部分を伏せ字にし、画像処理して仕上げたデジタル陳情書を、MintしてNFT化した、世界初になるかも知れない「NFT陳情書」です。

当該NFT陳情書（試作品）の妙味は、陳情内容が岡山市議会において可決される可能性を有することから、陳情採択により岡山市民が共有する公共の利益（あるいは経済効果）は、莫大かも知れないという期待感。むろん不採択に終わる失望を併せ持ちつつ、NFTを活用した試作品（NFT陳情書）が如何なるソーシャルインパクトを生み出すのか、その点も見どころ。
